You can track the status of your orders from the tab "My orders" directly from your app, where you will find the summary of all your orders as well as their shipment status.
Your order will go through 3 statuses:
- Confirmed: The payment for your order has gone through but the order has not yet been shipped to you.
- Shipped: he seller has brought your item to the post office
- Delivered: The order has been delivered to you
You will also receive 2 emails regarding your order:
- The order confirmation email: Sent as soon as the payment had gone through. It also contains a summary of your purchase (product name + price).
- The order shipment email: Sent as soon as the order is shipped to the seller. You will find the tracking number as well as the name of the delivery carrier.
Now you can just sit back , relax and wait for your order to arrive.
If you for any reason wanted to cancel your order after it has been placed, this will not be possible unless there has been an obvious error during the auction.
In the case of an error, contact us via the contact form with your username and the product in question.
In the rare case of an item being lost during shipment, please get in touch with our support team with the following details:
- Your and seller’s username
- The name of the item
- Tracking number (if provided)
