Voggt reinvents the way collectors live their passion and exchange their collectibles, via a simple and secure auction platform.
Voggt is a place of sharing, a community of enthusiasts and we ask our users - buyers and sellers to respect our set of community guidelines:
- Be respectful - There have zero tolerance for discrimination and harassment. Period.
- Be friendly - Our shows are a time to relax and exchange ideas in a spirit of camaraderie and fellowship.
- Be fair - Buyers and sellers agree to be honest about the quality of their products, to respect the auction rules and to fulfill their orders.
Enforcing the rules:
Respecting the rules of the community is essential. Any disrespectful behavior or deviation from our rules will lead to temporary or permanent suspension from our platform.
Furthermore, our sellers have the ability to suspend any user from their shows if they breach community guidelines.
Common rules:
- We do not tolerate any form of discrimination. Voggt is an inclusive community. Any racist, sexist, homophobic, or any comments related to religion, origin, disability, sexual orientation will lead to permanent exclusion.
- Treat community members with kindness and respect - Any form of bullying, harassment, hate speech or insults will result in permanent suspension.
- Do not post explicit content. No violent or sexual content.
- Do not appropriate someone else's content without their permission.
Rules for sellers:
- Do not manipulate the bidding process: Do not bid on your own bids. Do not use friends, family or employees to bid on your items and artificially inflate the price.
- Fulfil your sales: The final price is agreed and you must send the product to the auction winner.
- Do not promote your show or store on another seller's live chat.
- Do not use and/or promote illegal products during the show.
- Do not use Voggt for illegal purposes, such as selling drugs, weapons, any other prohibited products or illegal gambling
- Do not sell counterfeit products.
- Be honest about the condition of your products. Your description of each product must be accurate and true to life.
- Don't abuse suspensions. Only ban a buyer if they have broken the community rules.
- Do not make transactions/payments outside of Voggt.
- Do not request or accept payments for your auctions outside of the application.
Rules for buyers:
- Only bid if you are sure of the condition of the product and intend to purchase.
- Do not spam. Don't send the same message over and over in the chat room.
- Do not criticize prices. Don't make repetitive or excessive comments about sellers' prices or other buyers' bids.
- Do not use the chat to advertise other shows.
- If you have a problem with an order from a previous show, contact support.
