- Contact our support team — if your question is about an order or reaching out to a buyer, you can get in touch by clicking on the ‘Contact us’ button in Seller studio and letting the support team know in as much detail how they can help. The Care team would find it helpful to have the following information on hand:
- item name
- buyer's username
- date of the purchase / show
This helps us resolve your query in no time.
